There are so many reasons people need injury rehab. Common things I treat are pain in the ankles, knees, low back, shoulders, neck, and headaches. If any of these get in your way of what you want to do, let's get it figured out together because who wants to sit and watch their friends play?
Often times you might get questions from your doctor visit or for a friend. Or you may even just have a question about whether you should go get further work done such as MRIs or X-rays. This is usually called consulting or something like that. I like to call it being a part of your health circle. No matter what you call it, I am here to help.

I may not be able to create a meal plan for you, however I can help you create one for yourself. Often I find that just knowing a little more on how to create your own plan works far better than someone else's preferred meals. I mean I don't like tomatoes, but a lot of other people do and they are considered healthy. So let's keep your tomatoes out of your meals.

Thanks to my physical therapy degree I also have a unique perspective to help you work out those kinks and improve your score.
Want some help finding shots or getting feedback while you play? Let's face it, watching videos of you throw in a field or just trying to bomb it don't always match your play on the course. With this option, I will play the course with you and give you live feedback on how to improve your shots the way you want to. We can even take videos to discuss during or later and save you the time and hassle of trying to do it yourself.
